What can you draw?
We can draw anything that you have a photo of. The quality of the
photo that you give us will have a bearing on the results. If you
want more than reproduction of your photo, please check our PHOTO
GUIDELINES first. We can draw your favourite photo, portrait photographs,
wedding photos, photos of houses, landscapes, old time photos, graphics,
other paintings, or black and white photographs. Basically anything
you can send us a photo of. |
How can I pay?
We accept cash, debit and Visa when we are in the mall. Paypal payment
option will be avaible later on our website. To find out the pricing

How good will it be?
The quality of portrait depends highly on the quality of the photograph.
(See PHOTO GUIDELINES) Our artists are
especially good at replication. Please give us as much direction as
possible to ensure you get the portrait that you want. Please visit

What if I'm not satisfied?
When your portrait is completed we can e-mail you a digital photo
of it. From this photo you can suggest any changes, and continue to
do so (within reason) until you are satisfied. |

How long will it take to receive my portrait after
my payment?
Generally within seven days after we accept your deposit (half of
the whole cost). Unless by mail, then the additional transit time
will depend on where you live. |
